    Who You Are: A strategic new product launch manager and executer with 4+ years of experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industry. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams and ensure on time, on budget launches of innovative new products. With knowledge of the full lifecycle of product launches,  you will play a key role in bringing new Fur’s to market. 

    What You’ll Do:

    • Work closely with the VP, Product Development to support launch execution and drive NPD timing throughout the product development life cycle
    • Strong experience developing and executing timelines to support launch calendars, identifying and monitoring overall project plan, milestones, and critical paths in order to achieve target launch dates
    • Demonstrated ability working with and driving critical steps in NPD from formulation, packaging, testing, and artwork, to industrialization and first production
    • Manage key processes in formula industrialization, including technical testing, claims testing, scale up and pilot approvals
    • Experience developing and sourcing packaging, including secondary packaging, displays, samples and promotional materials
    • Manage operational artwork process with marketing and creative operations, including information turnover, creative briefing, artwork tracking and approvals
    • Partner closely with Operations to manage key milestones between PD and Ops including line trials and qualifications, supporting overall commercialization timing
    • Define and establish quality standards and refresh as needed
    • Manage and track sales and press samples for new launches
    • Timeline support to cross-divisional teams to maintain dates and keep projects on track
    • Act as a resource within the NPD community for innovation and development
    • Keep abreast of competitive product launches and new technologies
    • Provide support with sourcing and identifying new concepts, ingredients, and product forms. Obtain research for new product ideas (visual and literal)
    • Attend Industry Forums  & trade shows to learn more about research and development in our category and source potential new vendors and leads

    What You’ll Bring to the Team: 

    • 4+ years of relevant industry experience in product development, NPD project management or launch operations in cosmetics and/or personal care; demonstrated knowledge of cosmetics, CPG, and beauty product development a must; experience working on a early stage team, a plus
    • Direct experience managing and launching new products including working with the full product development lifecycle 
    • Knowledge of research and development processes and protocols, understanding of both US and EU regulations and testing procedures 
    • Experience working with external vendors to track progress and timelines 
    • Proficiency with G-Suite, Slack, and Project Management Software; Experience with ERP

    • Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000 and eligibility to participate in company bonus plan
